KeliCAD is a web-based platform for electronic circuit design that provides AI-assisted circuit generation, SPICE simulation, and bill of materials (BOM) generation. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees for your subscription tier
Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Free tier users are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all circuit designs, netlists, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
Display your public circuits to other users (if you choose to make them public)
Create backups for data protection purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload or create using the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with circuit design. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated circuits are provided "as is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated circuits.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

8. Simulation Disclaimer

Circuit simulations provided by the Service are for educational and design purposes only. Simulation results may not reflect real-world behavior. Always verify designs with proper testing before manufacturing or deployment. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from reliance on simulation results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeliCAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
